Design core solutions to address client’s business needs.
Research and develop various solutions to case studies and service models.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with clients to expand new projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Educate stakeholders to understand the concept of TCV's new services.
Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies to relevant business units.
Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads.
Produce regular and ad-hoc research papers / reports on business development and market landscape.
Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time.
Analyze situations and identify needs of new and existing Client to propose Solutions.
Analyze Client’s request to come up with the right strategies, assign tasks to internal resources to develop services model and proposal.
Research and identify market trends and opportunities, collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create New Service Model based on Market trend and New technology.
Involve in Proposal and Quotation making process.
Join Client meeting with Sales/ Client Success team to gather and verify business needs, gather requirements and provide consultation to Client.
Study and localize Group’s Service Model to Vietnam Market.
Assist Directors and BODs to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market.
Other tasks as assigned by Division Director and BODs.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in BA, Market research & Consulting (especially CX consulting, DX consulting, Management & Business Consulting) for at least 2 years.
Fluent written and Spoken English (equivalent to IELTS 7.5).
Familiar with B2B Global business environment.
Proficient Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point).
Logical and critical thinking, Analytics skill, Market research, Attention to details, Problem solving, Technical Skills, Decision-Making Skills, Managerial Skills.
Presentation, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills.
