I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SOP Development and Management
Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of SOPs across various departments.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure SOPs are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and regulations.
2. Process Consolidation
Identify areas of improvement within existing procedures and implement best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of SOPs and suggest improvements as necessary.
3. Training and Compliance
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are familiar with and adhere to SOPs.
Ensure compliance with SOPs through regular audits and inspections.
Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
4. ISO 27000 Implementation
Develop and implement ISO 27000 standards within the organization, ensuring compliance with information security management practices.
Work closely with relevant teams to integrate ISO 27000 standards into existing SOPs.
Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate information security risks.
Lead internal audits and ensure continuous improvement of ISO 27000 compliance.
5. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain an organized repository of all SOPs and related documents.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on SOP compliance and effectiveness.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
