Core Purpose of the Job: Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's portfolio

Areas of Responsibility:

• Manage and direct daily leasing activities following leasing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company’s assigned portfolio
• Manage all leasing functions: new lettings, renewals, rent review, surrenders, pre-terminations, negotiations, etc…
• Monitor trends for competition in the market, manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant properties
• Prepare and manage annual revenue & expense budget exercises, reports
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Provide clear guidance, support, leadership to leasing team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlord, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc…
• Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.
• Complete all tasks/ assignments from direct manager

• Strong command of English and effective interpersonal skills - report directly with foreign line manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting
• Master of Business (Preferable)
• Understanding of the real estate industry and practices
• Has extensive network of contact
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the lease administration
• Good at MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent in negotiation skills
• Be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative
