Lead and manage the Supply Planning Team for Vietnam HUB to ensure the required service to the customer and the appropriate balance with costs and inventory for both finished goods and materials.
Be the primary interface between the Business Unit and Supply Planning in South East Asia for business.
Ensure successful transition of planning activities and support required to move products from India site. Be a key driver in ensuring each product is manage well to mitigate the risk of sales loss during transition. Present the plan in V-SMR and SMR.
Ensure the region is meeting the targets month after month in terms of OTIF (Delivery Capability), Inventory (DIO) and SLOBs (%) optimizing the impact on manufacturing, logistics and procurement costs.
Implement and develop the needed processes and tools to perform the required planning activities.
Develop the team and ensure their engagement.
Support the BU Supply Chain Manager on side projects and the deployment of the strategy and operational plans into the region.
Ensure a good communication and integration with demand/Bus, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and finance and Impex team.
Responsibility:
Manage the supply planning team in the planning HUB (Vietnam) and in country (Local RM/PM Planner).
Demonstrate leadership according to company values, walking the path with the team.
Implement the right and agreed governance in the planning team.
Implement and develop MDI and Tier meetings.
Ensure the right setting of objectives, performance and development of the team.
Liaise with BU leadership to ensure business targets are achieved.
Develop and implement details plans to improve performance on service, inventory and SLOBs, but as well on efficiency and improvement of the processes.
Guide team members in their day to day activities management.
Work closely with regional supply planning manager and hub planning manager to deploy the strategy and plans within the region.
Ensure the right collaboration with demand management/planning teams, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service and finance.
Job Requirement
University Education with at least 6 years’ experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail industries Supply Chain Improvement or consulting
Has team handling experience,at least 2 years of management experience
Has experience managing no less than 200 RM/SKU
Must be capable and has experience in production and raw material planning.
High level of experience on Supply Planning, IBP processes, Planning tools, Supply planning, planning in SAP ECC and BI Change management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders
