Supply Planning Specialist (MM/MRP)

Job Description

- Check and monitor sales history and coordinate with Sales, Demand, Trade, and Marketing departments.
- Measure production capacity (line, workers, production hours) and plan supply - production plan (by Day, Month and Quarter) to meet sales progress and inventory as prescribed.
- Monitor daily production progress, status and output compared to the plan.
- Monitor and manage inventory based on stock policy, balance quantity to meet demand, minimize inventory costs to ensure optimal inventory.
- Coordinate inventory between production and DCs.
- Production plan according to Orders (Domestic and Export).
- Manage BOM and Production Plan set up in SAP system.
- Order raw materials to ensure correct and sufficient supply for production plan according to prescribed inventory levels.
- Check inventory/production schedule to deliver raw materials to the warehouse according to production plan and specified inventory limit.
- Coordinate with procurement department to monitor the progress of material delivery to have reasonable urging and rescheduling to ensure production plan and specified inventory limit.
- Monitor actual delivery progress compared to plan to make appropriate adjustments to ensure production plan is not interrupted.
- Coordinate with Marketing/ R&D/ Production Department and MPS/MRP raw material partners to ensure formula changes/ AW BB matching to save costs and minimize SLOB
- Order raw materials according to the timeline for new products.
- Forecast raw materials, packaging
- Handle arising issues related to late/early delivery schedule of raw materials, raw materials issues, PR/PO pending...
- Make payment requests and monitor payment for raw material and packaging orders in the month.

*Work at Can Giuoc, Long An factory (16km from HCMC), shuttle bus supported

Job Requirement

- Graduated from College - University - Specialized in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Material Purchasing/ Production Planning

- Have 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Prepare and closely monitor plans
- Proficient in using Excel

- Data Analysis and Progress Management skills
- Good communication skill
- Communicate and solve problems
