Position Overview:
Diag, one of leading medical laboratory company, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our growth and ensure a positive employer brand image. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, responsible for recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates for not only various tech positions but also other functions of the company, employer branding, and the ability to effectively communicate Diag's values and culture to potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source and attract potential candidates.
3. Conduct Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
4. Build and Maintain Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by networking, attending job fairs, and engaging with potential candidates.
5. Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance Diag's reputation as an employer of choice, including creating compelling job descriptions, managing the careers page, and promoting Diag's culture and values.
6. Coordinate Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
7. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
8. Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
9. Stay Updated on Recruitment Trends: Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in recruitment and employer branding to continuously improve Diag's recruitment processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
4. Familiarity with employer branding concepts and ability to effectively promote Diag's employer value proposition.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
9. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve recruitment goals.
10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
11. Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
