Job Description

Recruitment Performance (40%)

• Manage and update all recruitment requests

• Support CV screening and interview arrangement for assigned positions

• Communicate interview results promptly to candidates

• Update and maintain a ready-to-use candidate database

• Support JD revision project and other recruitment activities.

HR Documentation (20%)

• Support in maintaining and organizing HR documents related to recruitment

• Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR-related documents

Employer Branding & Social Media (25%)

• Create engaging recruitment posts on FESV's social media channels

• Develop creative TikTok videos and other visual content to enhance employer branding

• Support in executing employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing strategies.

Internal Engagement/ CSR (15%)

• Support internal engagement activities such as employee events and culture-building initiatives

• Assist in organizing CSR activities to enhance FES’s social impact

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Work location: 13-02 Pearl Plaza, 561 Dien Bien Phu, W25, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Requirement

• Proficient in using Canva, PowerPoint, and basic video editing tools (TikTok video editing is a plus)

• Good English & Vietnamese communication & writing skills

• Passion for Recruitment

• Creative and hard working

• Fresh graduates can be trained
