1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related combination of education and experience.
2. Experience
- At least 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Business Partner
- Hands on experience with full cycle hiring, and employer branding techniques
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Solid experience working with dynamic and diversity workforce
- Enable and encourage reliance on data and reporting in order to support the strategy and business objectives
- Have experience using HR technology / software / tool like business intelligence, data visualization programs, or online communication tools
- Experience in Talent Acquisition analytics & dashboards.
- Good verbal & written skills, both English and Vietnamese.
- Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented.
- Strong ethics and high integrity who is able to demonstrate Company Values.
