To plan, recruit, and develop a qualified workforce to align with the Company’s business plan.
To explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates for user’s departments by specified criteria.
To follow up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
To prepare management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
To improve industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
Searches workforce market.
Working with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment for the manufacturing company for both Direct & Indirect labor
College level at least
English communication skill.
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, knowledge in build-up regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty
Preferably experience in an international environment/organization
