Job Description
Talent Acquisition (70%).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria. Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools- to select right people for the right job.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Support Line Managers in interviewing & selection all levels.
- Provide retention recommendation for critical and key positions.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports (if require)
- Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Employer Branding (30%).
- Create employer branding initiatives.
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with Communication Team to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Job Requirement
- University degree/above.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or HR management.
- Result-oriented, can-do attitude
- Passion/experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Fairly office computer skills
- Good at English Speaking and Writing
