A Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment and hiring process within an organization ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs and strategic goals.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Sales Department:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for Sales Department.
- Proactively manage the full cycle of mass recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Make a long-term strategy and annual plan for recruitment
- Carry out employer branding activities in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
- Experienced in recruiting Mass and non-mass
- Strong at candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Strong at database management and record-keeping
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Open-minded and willing to learn
