1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
· Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pool Management:
· Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
· Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
3. Screening & Interviewing:
· Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
· Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Prepare interview questions and assessment tools and provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices.
4. Candidate Experience:
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
· Manage candidate communication and scheduling in a professional and efficient manner.
· Address candidate inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.
· Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
