Marcom Lead is responsible for handling a wide range of projects and being responsible for the communication and branding of the brand by serving them as the primary contact point and coordinator for all the local activities; providing suitable marketing and communication campaigns, and liaising between brand and internal resources to ensure the efficiency of outcomes.
Research market and communication trends as well as brand information
Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in related fields
Acquire an understanding of the brand's product or service, the market and its consumers – and understand their objectives in terms of sales, market share, brand awareness and positioning
Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent interaction
Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end-to-end project management
Understand the larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on the brand’s overall performance
Manage client’s expectations and interpret client’s feedback for change or improvement
Coordinate with other departments and team members
Oversee various execution stages and ensure adequate resources to meet projects’ deadlines, maximizing internal interests and external profits
Create organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas of growth

Job Requirement
Experience: With at least 3 years of marketing communications experiences
Education: BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
Knowledge: High- end product market, Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution…)
