Tam Son is looking for the excellent Store Manager who has experience in luxury fashion Brand, especially with high fashion accessories to:

  1. C&B Operation oversee
  • Manage the C&B team to deliver C&B operations
  • Supervise and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Accountable for developing, implementing and revising the overall C&B structure and policies in line with company objectives, HR policies and labor law to deliver C&B operations
  • Provide exceptional service in the areas of C&B program design, development, implementation, and administration as well as HR-related activities, such as base pay, health insurance, incentives, PIT, and other prizes.
  • Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Outstanding activities for processing payroll.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders as needed.
  • Remain up-to-dated with laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements, support peers on the implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Manage the master data of employees, keep it daily updated..
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation and benefits administration.
    2.Framework & Systems
  • Oversee and/or assist in managing the annual program, which includes the HR budget, performance process, and compensation review.
  • Collaborate with Reward team to conduct internal and external benchmark studies to ensure that the organization’s salaries, incentives and retention strategy are competitive and responsive to the market.
  • Conduct market analysis and ensure that all programs (e.g., pay structures, benefit plans, etc.) are competitive.
  • Lead the design and execution of employee wellness programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Training to support organizational objectives related to talent acquisition and retention.
  • Accountable for HRMS system.
    3. Employee relation
  • Communicate policies pertaining to contracts, incentives, bonus, compensation, and benefits...
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to analyze the turnover rate.
  • Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.

4. Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., HRMS) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, pay equity, and incentive programs.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and insurance policies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems
  • English communication skills, spoken and written.
