As a Tax & Accounting Consultant at PCA, you will play a vital role in providing expert tax and accounting services to our clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial management, regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and tax authorities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tax reporting, tax compliance and other tax-related matters for clients
Advise clients to ensure compliance and effectiveness of tax, and accounting
Conducting thorough reviews of client financial records on a monthly/quarterly and yearly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Work directly with the clients to ensure efficient delivery of tax services to clients;
Represent the clients in working with the competent authorities
Prepares and files tax returns and makes payments relevant to taxes (including withholding tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, transfer pricing documentation and business license tax, etc.) and ensures they are compliant with the tax reporting obligations.
Other task assignments or projects relating to tax/accounting/finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Experience in working with tax authorities is required
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/Tax
Strong understanding and interpretation of accounting and tax regulations
Good knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns
Fluent English speaking & and writing skills
ACCA/Vietnamese or foreign CPA is preferred
Hardworking, flexible, good logic and commercial mindset; strong project management skills and influence skills

Working time:
Monday to Friday: 8AM – 5:30PM
Saturday: 8AM – 5:30PM of the first and third week monthly.
Lunch break 12:00 – 1:30PM
