We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Sales B2B to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key B2B customers in the flavor industry, develop new customer, driving sales growth, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Work location: 39 Nguyen Thi Dieu Str - District 3 - HCMC - Vietnam
- Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
- Report to: Head of Sales in Vietnam

The Flavors & Fragrances Market are compounds used to enhance the characteristics of end-use products in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and cosmetic industries.
Flavorsare used in a wide range of products that include bakery, snacks, confectionery, meat, poultry, seafood, and others.
Fragrances - The perfume industry revolves around the production of scents and essential oils whose major use is to enhance pleasant smells and fragrances. With the kind of attention it pays to hygiene, the perfume industry is an indispensable part of the cosmetic and personal care industry.
MAIN DUTIES:
Responsible to promote sales of Flavor for Vietnam market
To build new relationship with new clients (End users and/or Distributors) and identify new sustainable business opportunities.
To develop new accounts by using own abilities
Set out sales target in cooperation with Sales Manager and be responsible for their achievement
Maintain business from clients and address feedback to relative parties of the companies in a timely manner
Provide professional, helpful customer service and problem solving to gain customer loyalty and long-term partnership
To consolidate relationship with Scents & Blends factory in Singapore
To help the deliveries from and to Singapore for a good and fast shipping service
All other activities which will be assigned by the company in the future
Job Requirement
At least 2 - 3 years experience in Sales B2B in Flavor / Food Ingredient / Food Additive
Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Chemical / Business Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
Fluent English
Successful sales track records
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Good at speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
