Job Summary: We are seeking highly knowledgeable and experienced Technical Sales Representatives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive technical support and sales leadership for our range of pesticide and foliar fertilizer products. You will work closely with distributors and retailers to drive product adoption, ensure technical support and development, meet sales targets, and gather market insights for management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Offer expert guidance on the proper use, handling, and application of pesticide and foliar fertilizer products.
Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and technical workshops for distributors, retailers, and end-users.
Ensure proper launches of new products.
Sales & Distributor Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Assist in setting and achieving sales targets for assigned territories and product lines.
Support partners in promotional activities, trade shows, and field days to boost products visibility.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare and submit regular reports on market conditions, emerging customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Provide actionable recommendations to management for product positioning and sales strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
Submit detailed sales comments, performance data, and field reports to management.
Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure prompt feedback and issue resolution.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the pesticide and foliar fertilizer industry.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pesticides and foliar fertilizers, with proven ability to provide technical training and support.
Sales skills: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Language & Communication: Effective presentation skills are essential. Speaking English is an advantage.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel frequently for field visits, distributor/retailer meetings, and product demonstrations.
For Highland , location need to be daklak or Dalat or Bao Loc
For Mekong location should be Cantho or Vinh long
For South East, it can be Tay Ninh / Dong Nai or close to HCM
