§ Support sales team to provide product training to customers including consultants, developers, contractors, etc.
§ Support customers by providing technical design, calculation of ventilation, or technical consultancy to customers in response to their inquiry.
§ Approach engineering consultants, developers, project owners, and contractors to identify, pursue, and gain specification approval for Panasonic IAQ products and solutions.
§ Provide effective troubleshooting for related technical issues of Panasonic IAQ products.
§ Provide other after-sales support to customers if required.
§ Support Sales & Marketing team to promote Panasonic IAQ products and solutions.
§ Prepare the monthly activity report and update the project pipeline to the line manager.
§ Report to IAQ project sales manager.
Job Requirement
§ Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
§ 2-3 years of experience in technical support or engineering design. (Chief position: 3 – 5 years of experience)
§ Having a network with consultant companies and contractors is a plus point.
§ Foreign language: English at intermediate level.
