Coordinate with trader/broker to exploit, searching for customer information from many different channels to build a system of potential customers, as well as keep relationship with customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability in accordance with the correct process.
Have responsibility for balancing monthly OPs to reach monthly target
Implement documents and procedures for signing contracts with customers who agree to purchase products, and negotiate selling price with customers after getting final decision form Director.
Actively contacting customers who are using products and services to understand the situation and develop good relationships with customers, as well as renew the contract
Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to expedite the debt.
Quickly coordinate with relevant departments to promptly and effectively overcome problems arising in the process of using customers' products if any
Follow up monthly end-stock to ensure no expired raw material due to no order, and if any raw material is going to be expired, need to push and discuss with customers to get order for the raw material.

A Bachelor degree or equivalent
Major in Bussiness Adminatraton, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics…
Minimum relevant experience of 1 years with salesman or sales admin
Strong abilities in written and spoken English
Good Neogotiating, convinceing and annalysing skill
