As a TikTok Partnership Executive, you will act as the primary liaison between OnPoint and TikTok, ensuring seamless communication, issue resolution, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between OnPoint and TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Work closely with platform teams and internal stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that drive business growth.
Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, identifying key trends and opportunities to optimize commercial strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement projects and enhance operational efficiency in platform-related activities, focus on TikTok Shop
Job Requirement
1+ year of experience in e-commerce, business development, or account management (preferably in TikTok Shop or digital commerce).
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s ecosystem, enabler model, and content-driven commerce.
Excellent coordination skills to work across internal teams, TikTok Shop representatives, and brand partners.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, reporting, and analyzing performance trends.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus)
