Job Description
I. JOB PURPOSES:
Support the Channel & Category Development Manager in establishing and operating Trade Support activities.
II. MAIN INTERACTIONS WITHIN & OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION
1. Internal:
- CCD
- Finance
- MKT
- GTM
- TT Sales Team
- Supply chain
2. External:
- Vendor
III. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Appraisal of display quality
- Appraise the quality of execution through DCR's display image.
- Update & store display results in excel, power point files
- Engage with the sales team about the results; acknowledge and respond to Sales team feedbacks.
2. Summary and send reports.
- Collect and analyze to summary display quality appraisal reports by week/month.
- Reports as required by manager.
3. Other
- Collect and save documents in the process of working.
- Perform TOT/POSM related tasks as needed (TOT: Product display tool; POSM: Catalogue, advertising items such as posters, flags ...)
Job Requirement
- University degree and at least 6 months' experience in related positions
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Detailed, careful, hardworking
