Job Description
- Ensure the execution of trade marketing activities to maximize revenue and strengthen
- brand presence at the point of sale.
- Facilitate effective coordination between the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Trade Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and campaigns for beverage products at retail and distribution points.
- Create detailed budgets for trade marketing activities and ensure cost efficiency and alignment with objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and propose enhancements for future campaigns.
Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with sales teams to execute strategies and promotional programs that drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales performance data and market feedback to optimize trade marketing initiatives.
POSM and Product Display Management:
- Design and manage Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure product displays comply with brand standards and effectively capture shopper attention.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Collect and analyze market insights, shopper behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use data-driven insights to support the development of effective trade marketing strategies.
Event Support and Activation:
- Plan and participate in retail events, in-store promotions, and brand activation
- programs to boost product awareness.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills in designing impactful trade marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
