Main responsibilities: Standardizing the point of sales and creating the sell-out programs.
− In charge of MT & GT channel nationwide.
− Respones retail sales targets, allocating and monitoring sales performance to achieve targets in the assigned area.
− Organizing and effectively implementing promotional and marketing programs to boost sales and conduct sales conferences.
− Supporting the sales team (sales consultants), handling any arising issues, organizing training and development activities for sales consultants at stores or supermarkets.
− Taking care of retail outlets (stores/supermarkets): Displaying product samples, POSM and demo materials, ensuring shelves, billboards, and displays meet company standards.
− Developing relationships with stores, supermarkets, or partners.
− Developing new customers/markets.
− Researching, analyzing the market and consumer behavior in the area, and adjusting activities accordingly.
− Bachelor's degree or higher
− At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with basic knowledge of trade marketing (point of sale management)
− Team management experience.
− Ability to travel long distances, work independently is a plus.
− Good at English/Chinese is a big plus.
