Trade Marketing Supervisor (Domino's Pizza)

Job Description

The purpose of a Trade Marketing Supervisor is to develop and execute trade marketing plans and work closely with the Operations/ Marketing, relevant departments, and vendors/ partners to significantly contribute to achieving brand objectives (sales, profit, market share, etc.).

Planning (40%) – Data Analysis (30%) – Team Management (30%)

• Develop and manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual trade marketing plans aligned with overall business goals, sales targets, and brand direction, including new product launches, national & LSM promotions, new store openings, brand activations, and partnerships.
• Develop joint business plans and oversee annual and seasonal marketing activities with food aggregators (GrabFood, ShopeeFood) in alignment with the marketing calendar for sales-driven purposes and customer base expansions.
• Lead and develop a team of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives (products, promotions, and activities) to adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and ensure sustainable business profit growth.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure effective implementation of new product launches, promotions, and store activations/ POSMs.
• Allocate budget for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing strategies.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in other tasks.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/ team leader role.
• Strong understanding of F&B industry and experience driving sales through trade marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, result-driven, good time management and hard-working.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external partners. 
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a plus.
