• Work closely with operation team to determine training needs in term of soft skills (sales,
negotiation, leadership…) and product knowledge both for store managers and sale staff.
• Design and execute training/orientation programs for store teams.
• Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
• Coordinate, design and organize training sessions for products/brands for every new product lines.
• Design test/program to follow up post-training and re-train if needed.
• Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.
• Reinforce the sales skills of the store team monthly to ensure KPIs are met in retail.
• Act as a consultant to store staff for challenges they have on the job.
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
• Other tasks assigned.
• Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role.
• Good at English communication: oral, written and translation.
• Master various sales training techniques (e.g: design training activities, game, case studies, and role playing and group activities, online training).
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related training design tools.
