Treasury & Accounting Manager – URGENT

Job Description

Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Là người tổ chức và quản lý thực hiện thu thập, ghi chép, tổng hợp và hạch toán kế toán đối với toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty theo đúng quy định, chế độ tài chính kế toán
• Kiểm tra và kiểm soát dòng tiền đảm bảo nguồn tiền, nguồn vốn của Công ty
• Lập các báo cáo tháng, quý, năm gửi cho Tập đoàn
• Kiểm tra các loại báo cáo thuế theo định kỳ/
• Làm việc với Cơ quan Thuế, kiểm toán, ...

Main responsibility:

• To be in charge of organization & managment of collecting, recording, synthesising and keeping accounts of all company business complied with regulations and financial accounting system.
• Check and control cash flow to ensure the Company’s cash and capital resources.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to submit to BOD and CJ Group.
• Check all types of tax reports periodically.

Vai trò & Trách nhiệm:

1.Accounting Management:

• Quản lý, giám sát, kiểm tra phần hành Kế toán để đảm bảo số liệu được ghi nhận đầy đủ, đúng và chính xác tuân thủ theo tiêu chuẩn báo cáo tài chính của Bộ Tài Chính
• Kiểm soát số dư của tất cả các tài khoản kế toán
• Kiểm tra các loại báo cáo Thuế định kỳ
• Đảm bảo khóa sổ tháng, quý, năm đúng quy định
• Làm việc với cơ quan Thuế, kiểm toán...
• Lập các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo kết quả HDKD tháng, quý, năm theo tiêu chuẩn VAS, IFRS cho BOD và tập đoàn

2. Treasury Management:

• Check các Payment Request nhằm đảm bảo duyệt chi đúng quy định của Công ty
• Kiểm soát dòng tiền thu chi hàng ngày
• Lập kế hoạch về dòng tiền hàng ngày, tuần, tháng, năm
• Phân bổ dòng vốn đảm bảo hoạt động công ty
• Đảm bảo cung cấp số liệu, báo cáo đúng lịch khóa sổ
• Kiểm tra và quản lý các khoản vay của công ty và lịch trả nợ vay đúng hạn
• Các nhiệm vụ khác nếu có theo sự phân công của BOD
• Phối hợp với các team khác để cùng đạt mục tiêu Công ty
• Giữ bí mật thông tin liên quan đến số liệu kế toán của Công ty
• Luôn cập nhật kiến thức, thông tin liên quan đến công việc

3. Nhiệm vụ khác

• Các nhiệm vụ khác nếu có theo sự phân công của BOD
• Phối hợp với các team khác để cùng đạt mục tiêu Công ty
• Giữ bí mật thông tin liên quan đến số liệu kế toán của Công ty
• Luôn cập nhật kiến thức, thông tin liên quan đến công việc

Role & Responsibility:

1.Accounting Management:

• Manage, supervise and check accounting data to ensure data is recorded fully, correctly and accurately in compliance with the financial reporting standards of the Ministry of Finance.
• Control account balances
• Check all types of tax reports periodically;
• Ensure accounting book monthly/quarterly/yearly closing on time as regulation;
• Responsible for working with tax authorities, auditors...
• Prepare Financial monthly, quarterly, yearly reports according to VAS, IFRS standards to submit BOD and CJ Group system

2. Treasury Management:

• Check the payment requests to ensure compliance with the company’s approval regulations;
• Daily cash flow management.
• Monitor and plan daily, weekly, monthly, yearly cash flow.
• Allocation of capital flows to ensure the company operation.
• Ensure financial statistics & reports on time as regulation.
• Check and manage the company’s loan and loan prepayment schedule on time.
• Other duties as assigning of BOD.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals of Company
• Keep information related to the Company’s accounting data confidential.
