Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect, synthesizing and process data and vouchers through the collection and monitoring of expenses for the formation of Fixed Assets, monitoring of depreciation of fixed assets, allocation of tools. Year-end tally and set up adjustment entries when assets are lost, sold, or liquidated.

Thu thập, tổng hợp và xử lý các số liệu, chứng từ kế toán thông qua tập hợp và theo dõi chi phí hình thành tài sản cố định, theo dõi trích khấu hao Tài sản cố định, phân bổ công cụ dụng cụ. Cuối năm kiểm đếm và thiết lập bút toán điều chỉnh khi bị mất , bán, hoặc thanh lý tài sản.

• Support to make Monthly reports (tax reports, tax returns,...)

Báo cáo định kỳ hàng tháng (báo cáo thuế, tờ khai thuế,...).

- Monitor and manage all debts including internal debts for the whole company, set aside provisions for bad debts.

Theo dõi và quản lý mọi công nợ kể cả công nợ nội bộ cho toàn công ty, trích lập khoản dự phòng nợ khó đòi.

• Calculate the cost of project, report detailed costs of raw materials, auxiliary materials, transportation costs, production costs....

Tính toán giá thành sản phẩm dịch vụ, báo cáo chi tiết chi phí nguyên vật liệu, phụ liệu, chi phí vận chuyển, sản xuất…

• Monitor and manage all debts including internal debts for the whole company, set aside provisions for bad debts.

Theo dõi và quản lý mọi công nợ kể cả công nợ nội bộ cho toàn công ty, trích lập khoản dự phòng nợ khó đòi.

• Check and compare the balance at the end of the period, take steps to carry forward and report profit and loss, financial statements.

Kiểm tra đối chiếu số dư cuối kỳ, thực hiện các bước kết chuyển và báo cáo lãi lỗ, báo cáo tài chính.

• Phối hợp với kế toán viên khác và hỗ trợ kế toán trưởng trong việc thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ cho đại lý thuế và kiểm toán.

Coordinate with other accountants and assist the chief accountant in conducting periodic audits for tax agents and auditors.

• In ấn và lưu trữ chứng từ đúng quy định.

Printing and storing documents in accordance with regulations.

Job Requirement

• At least 3 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan

• Must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related filed.

Có bằng cấp, chứng chỉ kế toán, tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan

• Must be able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

Có thể đi làm ngay hoặc có thể bắt đầu công việc sớm

• English language is an added advantage

      Biết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
