Job Description
1. Calendar Management:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prioritize and coordinate conflicting commitments to optimize the CEO's time.
2. Communication Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the CEO.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
3. Information Management:
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents for the CEO.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for CEO's decision-making and projects.
4. Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, venue arrangements, and logistics.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
- Liaise with executives, board members, clients, and other parties on behalf of the CEO.
6. Project Support:
- Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet project objectives.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade,... Knowledge of investment projects, finance, and securities is an advantage.
- Proven experience (5 years) as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Willingness to undertake long-term assignments and frequent travel between countries.
- No family-related constraints. The ability to drive a car is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
