1. Develop Communication Channels:
· Develop plans/online advertising campaigns through channels: Facebook, Google... and ensure customer registration targets;
· Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, optimize bid prices and conversion rates;
· Research and update new technologies, algorithms, and tricks of advertising channels;
· Develop and test new Marketing channels (both online and offline);
· Manage the quality of the company's digital channels.
2. Manage the Marketing Department:
· Manage the team;
· Train and support the development of new personnel in the group;
· Manage and build reporting systems by campaign, month/quarter/year.
3. Develop and Implement Marketing Activities:
· Develop integrated marketing - communication plans monthly, quarterly, annually to achieve the company's and branches' revenue targets;
· Manage the implementation of the company's marketing activities and the activities of team members;
· Manage brand identity systems and the use of brand images and messages at branches and on marketing materials;
· Support research and planning, implement marketing activities (online and offline) to boost revenue at branches;
· Manage, build, and execute content plans on communication channels, develop brand recognition, increase customer interaction on channels;
· Manage and implement activities related to social activities, sponsorship programs, content, articles, to enhance and improve the company's image in the community;
· Manage and execute content/post plans on proprietary platforms (website, fanpage, YouTube, email, newsletters, brochures...), monitor and analyze communication metrics.
4. Seek Potential Data and Connect Partners:
· Plan monthly to seek and ensure the assigned amount of potential data for the sales team to process and generate revenue for the company;
· Maintain monthly connections with potential partners sharing the same customer base with the company to exchange data or cross-marketing.
5. Manage and Coordinate Extracurricular Activities:
· Plan monthly to direct, check, and supervise event activities for the extracurricular group to attract potential study abroad customers;
· Maintain monthly connections with at least 10 clubs and social projects to expand extracurricular activity opportunities for study abroad students, increasing competitive advantage of profiles.
