I. THÔNG TIN CÔNG TY
Khách hàng của AOBA Việt Nam là công ty 100% vốn của Nhật được thành lập vào tháng 4 năm 2006 chuyên sản xuất các linh kiện cơ điện tử ACD bao gồm dây chuyền sản xuất thiết bị điều hướng HFC, dây chuyền sản xuất loa (speaker) và dây chuyền sản suất linh kiện cơ điện tử (EMC).
II. NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals
- Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc.
- Lead & improve mold & press machine operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity
- Lead and develop strong Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other tasks
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
- Graduated from University
- Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
- Strong people management & leadership skill.
- Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance)
- Long term and short-term vision
- Project management experience
- Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Be innovative, interpersonal skill, talent development mind
