Job Description
- Lead the team to develop all projects in upper engineering area
- Check the pattern based on the initial tech package Handover from HQ.
- On-time shipment tracking for all categories each stage
- Support Expat managers in documentation, coordinating, human resource, etc.,
- Close communication with related departments
- Discussing together with the brand to figure out the improvement points for the new product from HQ.
- Monitor the overall development progress
- Manage the overall status and direction to the team to hit deadlines
- Direction to resolve technical issues for seniors during the development stage
- Response to other team’s request [PDM / BTTM Eng. / Commo / SMPL / etc.,]
- Discussing together with the BU & LO to figure out the improvement points
- Attending weekly product review together with PDM and Expat in order to check the finished product well.
- Inspiring mind-set & Training team member
Job Requirement
Experience:
- Job experience in the footwear industry more than 10 years
English skill:
- Intermediate level of writing and reading
- Intermediate level of Speaking and listening
Computer:
- Intermediate level of Excel, Illustrator, CAD
- Advanced level of Jevero
Solution to solve critical technical issues
Leadership to motivate all team members
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of shoe composition
- Basic knowledge of shoe making process
- Understanding of workflow in a season
