Update and manage the Content Guidelines for the product
Build a standard set of terms for each separate feature branch
Together with the team leader, build a process to review and monitor content
Participate in the Solution sketching process with UXD and UX Strategist to provide appropriate language communication solutions for users and the development team.
Participate in the entire design process with UXR, Designer, developer
Participate in developing content development strategies
Organize short sharing sessions about writing mindset and basic rules of UXW for other teams
Monitor goals of effectiveness, usability and prepare reports for senior management
UX Design (30%):
Build user flow
Build Wireframe for branch cases, sketch possible cases with UXD
Build Prototype and work with UXR during product testing with user
Job Requirement
The must-haves
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of writing fundamentals, the ability to think critically, creatively, and logically, and familiarity with the product design and design-thinking frameworks in order to improve your writing output.
Ability to collaborate and interact with stakeholders of various backgrounds and levels of seniority
The desire to always validate your design through quantitative or qualitative research to uncover the source of a problem.
Have a dedicated passion for user-focused product experiences
Always keep an objective mindset when writing, understanding the difference between: empathy and sympathy
Ready to take a test after the interview
Preference: Have worked with a product with over 100,000 Monthly Active users

A curiosity about knowing how to ask the right questions of product and business owners to clarify processes and communicate them back to users in language they understand
Comfort with presenting your work and explaining your thinking
Experience in financial services or another industry that is complex, multi-channel, and regulated
Has a subtle sense of humor and maturity in writing
