Job Description

The role is responsible for managing the overall valuation portfolio and ensuring that all valuation tasks are professionally executed. This includes establishing policies for valuation activities to achieve profit and growth targets, leading the valuation team to implement best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality valuation reports and feasibility studies. The role also involves recommending improvements, managing workflows, and maintaining all relevant data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
    • Oversee and manage the valuation team.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure professional service delivery and quality standards.
  2. Client Development:
    • Maintain existing client relationships and actively seek new clients to grow the business.
    • Collaborate with clients to address inquiries and secure necessary documentation for valuations.
  3. Valuation Services:
    • Deliver cost-effective and efficient valuation services in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and industry standards in valuation practices.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze legal and market trends related to the property market.
    • Provide statistical insights and advisory services on real estate trends in Vietnam and the region.
  5. Operational Responsibilities:
    • Implement expense forecasts and monitor budget performance for the valuation department.
    • Oversee the tender process and manage valuation contracts with clients.
  6. Strategic Contributions:
    • Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures to enhance valuation services.
    • Support corporate strategies and cultural initiatives as part of the executive team.
  7. Training and Development:
    • Manage the development of team members through effective training and strategic HR programs.
  8. Marketing and Branding:
    • Support the company’s marketing efforts by producing presentations, newsletters, and press releases.
    • Enhance the company’s reputation by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Real Estate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry or at leading consultancy firms.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to build effective networks.
    • Expertise in Financial Modeling, Feasibility Studies, and Valuation.
    • Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in valuation, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to drive growth and performance within the department.
