2. Execution:
Manage VM materials, fixtures, tools.
Develop visual presentations to increase sales through visual impact.
Working knowledge or current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
Making floor layout for 4 stores in HCM, Nha Trang (updated in 2024) for every monthly campaign and promotions (MSS, BF, EOSS, SUPER SALE...).
Prepare and working with VM Coordinator to execute POSM, understand materials, provide solutions.
Coordinate with Product, Operation, Marketing and Store Leader to discuss and proceed weekly plan.
Align action plan, floor plan with Senior VME and Principal
3. Report analysis:
Ability to analyze sales reports, survey results, propose action plan.
Check performance sales reports and propose action plan weekly.
4. Store check and Execution VM in store:
Store check weekly and update to Senior VME/ VMM.
Supervise and sharing information to VM/ Leaders in store once receive new update.
Job Requirement
Good skill of PP, Excel, Video to report to Principals weekly.
Work in store with high capacity over 10,000 pcs.
High knowledge of VM, standard, color mood, style.
Experience in fashion retail minimum 2 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English and good attitude.
