JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Financial Operations Management

  • Lead day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Management, to ensure stable liquidity.
  • Optimize workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.

Strategic Financial Planning

  • Closely collaborate with other departments to provide financial and strategic support, ensuring business decisions are based on accurate, timely financial data.
  • Deliver financial analyses and insights to support quick, strategic, and operational decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, working with departments to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of financial projections.
  • Monitor budget performance and recommend timely adjustments to maintain financial efficiency and support strategic goals.

Risk and Compliance Management

  • Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.
  • Monitor economic and financial conditions to take preventive measures and help the business seize opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering professional growth and enabling high performance.
  • Build a collaborative work culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the finance function.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and audit bodies, to best support the company’s financial operations.
  • Represent the finance function in strategic meetings and report financial performance to the executive board and senior management.

Job Requirement

  • Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • Skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills, including team-building and talent development to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Advanced financial analysis and strategic planning skills, with a solution-oriented approach to achieving long-term financial objectives..

  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record in driving results and achieving business objectives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, with strong adaptability to changing conditions

  • Fluent English and Vietnamese 

  • Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or decision-making position, such as CFO.

  • Preferred experience in a similar industry, particularly in fast-paced or growth-driven environments (e.g., e-commerce, technology, or multinational companies).
