Warehouse Accountant

Job Description

• Manage and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
• Record inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Reconcile warehouse-related accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system following the policy of company.
• Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
• Checking and booking invoices (Asset, purchase goods, common exp,...)
• Prepare the document and send it to the AP accountant for processing a payment following the company's policy
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers
