WAREHOUSE CLERK

Job Description

Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:

- Import/export goods

- Make the sample to the customers

- Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.

- Work according to the assignment of supervisor

- Manage detail seal record for shipment

- Connect tightly with production to set up plan for consuming material and pick-up the return items to save the time.

- Do put-away (storage)the items into a defined location for easy pick-up and control

- Control outbound

- Coordinate with warehouse team leader to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of goods.

- Manage the creation of shipping bills, track the shipment, and update necessary information if needed.

- Responsible for handling the raw material input system and supplying materials for daily production.

- Assist in the daily administrative tasks in the warehouse.

- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy in documentation.

- Support the Warehouse Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.

Job Requirement

-          Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

-          Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-          Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management software.

-          Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-          Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

-          College diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain management certifications is a plus.
