The Warehouse Senior Leader will be in charge for warehouse & delivery activities for entire company. We need candidate not only not fear the hand job but also the desk job.
Essential Job Functions
Work on the daily input and output delivery for the company
Manage the work of warehouse staff to complete the delivery tasks, the warehouse arrangement, product labeling, categorizing & cleaning
Work with trucking vendors to arrange the delivery and get trucking quotes for the approval
Coordinate with other department such as Sales Department, Financial Department to arrange the delivery, counting the stock, manage the inventory
Be responsible for keep inventory safe and efficient
Report to Office Manager/Operation Manager for the tasks, the unusual happening to the stock
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Education/Training
· College degree in business administration, logistic and warehousing or other related field.
Experience & Skill
Minimum of 3 years’ of operating as warehousing or logistic leader or in a related role.
Used to work with the online warehouse platform/software like Kiot Viet, Odoo, Misa, Fast, etc. to track the delivery work-flow
Well-operating warehouse tools like fork-lift, hand-lift, roller ,etc.
Ability to communicate in English, reading literature in English
Ability to console & file the data of inventory
