JOB SUMMARY
Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operation of the warehouse such as receiving, put away, storing, picking, issuing materials, and loading finished goods. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for controlling the accuracy of inventory and optimizing the warehouse resources and productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for generating new ideas, building up new processes and procedure to ensure efficient warehouse operations. He/she is in charge of training and developing his/her team members to sustain strong and stable organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Responsible for implementation of daily warehouse operation smoothly such as receiving/loading, put away, storing, picking, cycle-count of raw materials, WIP, FGs.
• Control all data in system and documents related to his/her area
• Maintain 99% or above stock accuracy (FGs, WIP :100%) via daily cycle count, monthly onsite count, or yearly stock-take
• Zero injury and incidence case. Identify safety risk and provide solutions with action items to teams as well as escalating to Manager timely.
• Ensure daily 5S, safety and security activities are carried out strictly and properly
• In charge of training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of assigned warehouse employees as well as developing, building up successors
• Control warehouse costs and resources under budget and optimally.
• Implement warehouse projects to meet timeline with effective result.
• Ensure warehouse teams follow and meet the KPI set for teams with clear report
• Driving teams in charge for continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with related functions like Prod, SHP, PMC, OF… not only for daily operation but also new projects, improvement activities or audits
• Implement periodical caring and maintenance activities of WH forklift, reach truck, stacker or other equipment, tools and assets strictly and properly.
• Responsible to develop people and build up clear succession plan
• Enhance Mil culture through networking and engaging all team members in WH department, inter-departments, or companies’ activities
