Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed
- Ensure that all incoming shipments are received and processed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

- Conduct monthly and yearly stock takes to accurately track inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.

- Prepare dispatch orders to ensure that products are shipped out in a timely manner.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment for all warehouse employees

Job Requirement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Good command of English

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications

- Good capacity for handling the work with various stakeholders, working independently with a high team spirit
