133903 - Site Engineer - Construction

RGF's client, a Japanese company in the construction field, is looking for a Site Engineer to be responsible for managing and supervising construction activities on site, ensuring the project schedule, quality, and safety in accordance with Japanese technical standards and company procedures. The position is also responsible for coordinating with relevant stakeholders and resolving technical issues arising during the construction process.

• Working Location: On-site: Dong Nai and Binh Duong
• Monthly Salary: ~26,000,000 VND

Job Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites for factories, warehouses, and other building projects in provinces near Ho Chi Minh City
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and overall site conditions
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, design companies, subcontractors, and site workers
• Identify issues related to construction schedules and work progress, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them
• Work closely with other site staff and collaborate as a team to manage construction sites effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at construction sites
• Prepare and manage documents related to site activities, including progress reports and other necessary documentation

＜業務内容＞

ホーチミン市近郊の工場・倉庫などの建設現場における施工管理 工事の進捗・品質・安全管理および施工状況の確認 施主、設計会社、協力会社、現場作業員など、プロジェクトに関わる各ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション 工程や施工内容に関する問題・課題の確認および関係者との調整・解決 他の現場スタッフと連携・協力しながら、チームで現場管理を実施 現場における安全基準・品質基準の遵守および管理 現場に関する各種書類の作成・管理、進捗報告などの事務業務

Requirements

Education: Vocational school graduate or above

Language: Intermediate-level English or Japanese

Experience:

• 　At least 2 years of practical experience in architectural construction management or as a site supervisor for building projects such as factories and warehouses
• 　Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating construction schedules across different trades
• 　Ability and willingness to travel to and work at construction sites in Southern Vietnam, particularly Binh Duong and Dong Nai

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a Japanese general contractor or Japanese construction company
• Experience with building projects such as factories, logistics facilities, or commercial facilities
• Knowledge of Vietnamese construction regulations and safety management
• Experience working with foreign managers
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or safety management

・学歴： 専門学校卒以上

・語学： 英語（中級レベル）or 日本語（中級レベル）

・経験： 　

• 工場・倉庫など建築プロジェクトの建築施工管理または現場監督として2年以上の実務経験 　
• 協力会社（サブコン）の管理や各工種との工程調整経験 　
• ベトナム南部エリア（ビンズン・ドンナイ）の現場への訪問・移動が可能な方

＜歓迎要件＞ 　

• 日系ゼネコンまたは日系建設会社での勤務経験 　
• 工場・物流施設・商業施設などの建築プロジェクト経験 　
• ベトナムの建設法規・安全管理に関する知識 　
• 外国人マネージャーとの業務経験 　
• 施工管理技士や安全管理に関する資格をお持ちの方
