Revit Bim Architect (Civil engineering background/experience)

ROLE

As a BIM Architect, you will support the delivery of architectural and structural BIM projects by creating and maintaining accurate Revit models and drawings. Working closely with senior engineers and architects, you'll contribute to project coordination, model updates, and documentation while ensuring quality and compliance with company BIM standards. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their BIM expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with the Team members and other company staff.
• Perform duties assigned by the Manager/Team Leader associated with the function and operation of the BIM Architect/Structural Engineering Department.
• Produce Revit architecture/ structural drawings follow Company’s standards.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and submissions in accordance with GBC established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and company staff.
• Support other teams in working with Revit models by extracting data from Revit models to other formats (2D Cad drawings, FBX, IFC, …).
• Undertake a high standard of self-checking of drawings and documents produced, as well as assist, with internal quality assurance checking and procedures for work done by other staff in accordance with the GBC quality assurance processes and procedures for BIM/Revit Architect.
• Perform any other duties regarding design as assigned by the manager.

• 1-2 years of experience in scan-to-BIM using Revit is a must. Background in other Autodesk tools and systems such as Dynamo, AutoCAD is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Good understanding of structural topics
• Organized and able to track multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks by urgency/impact
• Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on several projects
• Hard-working and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good reading English skills; Fluent spoken English skills is a bonus.
• Good skills in creating Revit family.
