Mô tả Công việc

  • Research and analyze target audience trends and behaviors, including digital and social channels to improve the brand’s performance and the efficiency of its campaigns
  • Work closely with Planning, Creative team on the development of communication/ social media strategies (including social outreach plan), social media activities, engaging content, and tactics to drive communications and ensure the best deliverable to the client
  • Plan in detail and maintain the social content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging
  • Brief and work with internal and external teams (including media, social listening, social management platform, community, research, KOL/ KOC/ Influencers, etc.) to execute social outreach campaign, crawl, and process all relevant data, consolidate reports, and give final learnings and recommendations from strategic communication POV
  • Deliver all types of performance evaluations, tracking, and reports on campaign/ weekly/ monthly basic by channel: Paid – Owned – Earned channels, Social Out-reach channels (KOL, Community, Influencer, etc.); by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.)
  • Initiate creation, conception, and presentation of community & advocacy strategy
  • Supervise/ In-charge of community and advocacy management scope
  • Coaching for Social team members based on their specific needs
  • Well-supervise and keep close communication with all team members through on-daily-jobs
  • Share with Planning/ Social Teams: social trends, performance (market/ category/ brand benchmarking/ evaluation/ report)
  • Prepare the reports as requested
  • Responsible for other duties from CEO

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

·      Good communication in English (preferred)

·      Minimum 3-year experience in the same position

·      Deep knowledge of social planning and implementation

·      Strong presentation, negotiation and sales closing skills

·      Knowledge of digital marketing best practices

·      Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

·      Work independently, self-motivated and Creative mindset

·      Proactive, results-driven, strong ownership, excellent teamwwork and willing to go an extra mile

·      Ability to work under pressure
