Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City consists of Sora Gardens, Hiraki, and Midori Park.

Besides residential development, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd also focuses on commercial development within Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City. As such, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd first commercial development in Binh Duong New City is the Hikari food court. Well located in the center of Binh Duong New City, Hiraki is the first commercial development by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. The project consists of a spacious food court with a variety of selections from countries such as Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.
