Job Description

- Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

<Job Responsibilities>
- Record accounting transactions in the software (cash in/out, purchases, sales, assets, etc.)
- Review and verify documents for legality and validity before posting.
- Prepare monthly closing for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
- Declare and finalize taxes (VAT, CIT, PIT)
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable/payable with customers and suppliers.
- Cross-check internal data between departments.
- Organize and archive accounting documents in accordance with regulations.
- Support administrative tasks, and other assignments as required.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College/University degree in Accounting/Finance.
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (to report to Japanese Manager and Headquarters)
・Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accountant position.
・Prefer candidates with experience in FDI companies. (Japanese company is plus)
・Proficient in accounting software and good skill Excel.
・Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
