Job Description

- Work Location: Tan Binh District, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and review civil systems, including BIM modeling, drawings, schedules, specifications, calculations, and related tasks.
- Lead detailed design efforts for large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, and transportation systems.
- Ensure project quality by thoroughly reviewing digital and physical drawings while adhering to the company's TAP and QMS procedures.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing recommendations to senior project members as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4+ engineers and technical staff across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively to meet project milestones.

- Oversee the civil design, modelling, and documentation scope of multiple projects, managing planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery to meet client expectations
- Allocate resources efficiently while ensuring adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, participate in project meetings, and support contract negotiations.
- Assist in proposal preparation, cost estimate and manage contracts.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support project and organizational objectives.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in structural modeling and documentation with at least 2 years in project coordination & management.
- Track record in international regulatory environments. (eg. UK, AU).
- Experience with medium to large-scale infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, transportation systems, water systems or urban development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, 12D, Bluebeam , Or Microstation.
- Proficiency with BIM platforms: Navisworks, InfraWorks, BIM 360, Revizto, Trimble Connect.
* Management skills:
- Proven ability to lead medium-sized teams on medium to large-scale projects.
