<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in the following areas together with the team Manager and Japanese CPA Based on instruction by the Team Manager, depends on the situation of ongoing projects & staff task allocation.
- Work closely with clients/ target management to understand their business / their expectations and reflect them in our report
- Instruct subordinates to let them perform procedures for preparing each report
- Conduct external seminar regarding team's topics together with the team manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in either Financial and Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuations, IFRS Advisory, Internal Control Advisory / Internal Audit at consulting/ accounting firm
・Others:
- Good knowledge in 1 or 2 items of the following areas;

- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients, strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication, “can do” attitude as well as a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and resolve problems
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Diligent working style
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently and support team initiatives
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having ACCA, CPA, CFA professional qualifications will be a plus
