1. Purchasing/ Sales - Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), daily manage customers, strictly manage the entire sales process including receiving orders/ orders/ warehousing/ customs clearance/ inventory/ instructions production/ shipping/ invoice/ payment through the ERP system. - Manage EPE (Enterprise Processing Export) system from material clearance to product release - Manage quality, demand and request response / MI management like market information - Plan and order materials based on 16-week SOP - Train and manage sales / purchasing department staff - Make annual/ monthly/ weekly sales plan and activity plan 2. Inventory Management - Manage the system through ERP from ordering raw materials to warehousing ㆍ Fulfill orders to suppliers based on production needs ㆍ Manage each supplier during production, shipping, manage shipping documents - Manage orders and forecast according to demand ㆍ Check production progress/plan through regular customer visits ㆍ Through making changes to the production schedule and changing the content of the purchase order to effectively manage future inventory. ㆍ Check production progress and delivery to each customer / coordinate with production department 3. Client Management - Identify customer trends through regular customer visits and phone/email/SMS communications, and improve and strengthen relationships through face-to-face consultations and meetings, dining frequent. ㆍ After-sales management (quality and payment, etc.) ㆍ Listen to customer's feedback, identify areas for improvement, and make improvements immediately ㆍ Identify competitor trends to prevent competitors from entering market share and expanding business activities to the detriment of the company 4. New Client Development - Develop new clients ㆍ Do market research and sales area analysis to develop new client groups ㆍ Expand sales through the selection of potential target clients and regular visits ㆍ Close deals through ongoing visits and lead management - Continuously analyze trends by industry
Job Requirement
- Experience: + At least 3 years of experience working in the steel industry in some positions such as sales, marketing, customer care, logistics + Experience in sales with Samsung Electronics and other home appliance companies - Language: Korean - Native AND English/ Vietnamese - Business Level - Others: + Expert knowledge of coil hubs and steel industry + Knowledge of order/delivery and logistics management + Practical import and export experience
