ABOUT ROLE
As an Account Executive at Docquity, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and strengthen external client relationships, drive growth on existing accounts, and maximize meaningful touchpoints for their portfolios across the Docquity network. Additionally, you should be adept at upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. You will also be actively involved in operations and project execution, liaising between clients and Docquity, presenting deliverables and costs, coordinating with internal departments, negotiating timelines, monitoring work progress, and maintaining client trackers. Your ability to maintain healthy client relationships and provide support for internal projects will be critical to your success in this role.
Position: Account Executive
Work Experience: At least 3 years experience in the Healthcare industry (Pharmaceutical/Medical Device), with a hybrid experience in the Business Development, Account Management, and Sales. Exposure with/ from Digital Agency sectors is an added advantage.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with external clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Docquity.
Drive growth on existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Leverage your industry-specific experience in healthcare (Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device) and/or digital agency to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Work closely with the Commercial Director, managing client contracts and delivering projects from start to finish.
Prepare and present deliverables and associated costs to clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and the delivery of services to clients.
Negotiate project timelines both internally (if necessary) and with clients to meet project deadlines and expectations.
Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients at all stages, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Maintain internal and client trackers to facilitate efficient project management and reporting.
Attend all client meetings, actively engaging in discussions, addressing client needs, and gathering feedback.
Provide support to the team on internal projects, deliverables, and presentations as required.
Assist in resolving billing and account-related issues to ensure smooth financial transactions.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of reading reports and data, providing valuable insights to clients.
Up-sell and cross-sell within his/her portfolio of accounts.
