- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with the internal media team to discuss clients’ project briefs and ensure meeting clients’ expectations
- Remain in regular contact with partners & clients to understand and meet their needs
- Negotiate with clients the details of campaigns
- Prepare and present reports of each project and campaign
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings, researching and assisting with campaign development for existing clients and new prospects
- Participating in creating detailed business plans and budget
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Handling contracts & agreements with partners & clients
- Making sales & marketing report to Sales & Marketing Director
- Coordinate with the Finance department in relevant tasks
- Support another task upon request of the Sales & Marketing team
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
- At least 2 year of work experience in marketing or relevant fields
- Female preference
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Good English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer skills ( Word, Excel..)
- Having the ability to Analyze business data is an advantage
- Knowledge about the eSports scene and relevant eSports titles: Arena of Valor, League of Legends, Free Fire, Valorant, PUBG Mobile
- Honesty and responsibility at work
